This family favorite is from “Bluegrass Winners” Cookbook. It’s an easy and tasty appetizer we have cooked for over 20 years, sure to please.
1 (14 oz) can quartered artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese ( we add a little more cheese….)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Dash of lemon juice
Mix all ingredients well. Spoon into a lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until browned and bubbly. Serve with your favorite crackers.
