Meatball Marsala

Another great new find this weekend, Meatball Marsala  from the Food Network Kitchen. This is absolutely delicious combination of flavors with the sweet Italian Sausage and beef. Great spin on Marsala!  Serve over baked spaghetti squash, delicious!  Enjoy!

Beef Medallions with Spring Mashed Potatoes
