Found a fun new cooking site – I wash You Dry, and tried their Roasted Parmesan Brussels Sprouts and they are delicious. They roasted up beautifully with lots of great flavor. Enjoy.

Another great recipe from Food and Wine magazine! They never disappoint – Baked Flounder with Parmesan Crumbles is delicious and oh so easy to prepare. The flounder was moist and just perfect and the parmesan flavor came through. Enjoy!
