This is so good! Prepare a day ahead and it’s even better.
Layer the following in a small dish – 8 X 11 – any shape and size close will work.
1 can refried beans
1 can drained chopped green chilies
1 can drained chopped black olives
8 oz prepared guacamole
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes diced
2 bunches green onions chopped, using the white and green
8 oz cream cheese
Top with 8 oz finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
Refrigerate overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
