Yummy and easy spin on Saltimbocca, baked prosciutto wrapped chicken from “Gimme Some Oven”, cool name for a cooking blog! We selected chicken tenders and they came out moist and delicious. Add the butter, garlic, sage wine sauce and you have a delicious and flavorful entree. Enjoy.
Note: May not need to add any extra salt, between the brine and the prosciutto, it’s well-flavored.
