Our kids grew up on this recipe, a version of it shared with us some 30+ years ago from my SIL, we always called it “Julie’s Chicken”. To this day it continues to be honorably referred to as “Julie’s Chicken”. Fast forward, we lost the original recipe over the years, over the moves (LOL) but a Google search produced this one “The Very Best Poppy Seed Chicken“, from The Recipe Critic, it’s a wonderful adaptation. What’s new is the cream cheese and parmesan cheeses that add to the creamy texture and exquisite medley of flavors. If you looking for a quick and delicious entree, this is one to try.
