Meatless Spaghetti Pie

We were looking for a Friday Lent alternative to fish, and found this deliciousness, “Meatless Spaghetti Pie”, from Food.com. We made it in a 10″ springform pan and it came out beautiful with all the layers of goodness, spaghetti, parmesan, mozzarella, and ricotta flavors, and your favorite spaghetti sauce (we use Rao’s). Note: Prepared in a 10″ springform pan, add 1/2 cup torn fresh basil to the ricotta layer.
