Meatless Spaghetti Pie

We were looking for a Friday Lent alternative to fish, and found this deliciousness, “Meatless Spaghetti Pie”, from Food.com. We made it in a 10″ springform pan and it came out beautiful with all the layers of goodness, spaghetti, parmesan, mozzarella, and ricotta flavors, and your favorite spaghetti sauce (we use Rao’s). Bon Appetite. Enjoy!

Note: Prepared in a 10″ springform pan, add 1/2 cup torn fresh basil to the ricotta layer.
