Steak Diane for Two!

Cooking Light’s dinner tonight just for 2 – Steak Diane is a quick and easy entrée – delicious with the mushrooms infused with the Dijon and brandy flavors.  I would probably use a tenderloin the next time – my beef preference, however the strip steak did slice and plate up beautifully. Enjoy.
