Roasted Brussel Sprouts

These are delicious…. Slice brussel sprouts in 1/2, place on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees, 15-20 minutes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Great side dish. Enjoy.
