Five Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

We found this delicious and creamy Five Cheese Macaroni and Cheese in a mailer from Ralphs’ Grocery. Not sure who the chef is who created this masterpiece. It is incredibly delicious-definitely not your everyday mac and cheese! Enjoy.

2 lb package elbow macaroni
½ cup butter
8 medium eggs
1 cup milk
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
¾ cup parmesan cheese
¾ c up feta cheese, crumbled
1 T seasoned salt
1 tsp sales
1 tsp black pepper

Prepare macaroni according to package instructions, drain. Place cooked macaroni into a large bowl, add butter, and stir until blended / melted and set aside. In a spate bowl place eggs, milk, condensed milk; beat with a whisk until smooth. Pour mixture over macaroni and stir to coat. In another bowl combine cheeses, removing ¼ for topping. Add cheeses, salts and pepper to the macaroni mixture, folding together. Sprinkle a little of the reserved cheese mixture over the bottom of a 3 Qt casserole dish. Spoon macaroni mixture into dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 uncovered 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
