Puff Pastry Chicken Pot Pie

Everyone loves a good chicken pot pie recipe! This recipe from Taste of Home is certainly one to try. It’s easy to prepare and the creamy sauce is absolutely delicious. You want more, and more! We like just chicken in the chicken pot pie, so left out the frozen veggies. The puff pastry baked up beautifully, you look like a master chef. Oh and the cream / egg yoke wash on the pastry turned out so nice. Enjoy.

NOTE: I would suggest a slurry with the flour, I needed to add more liquid to smooth it all out.
