Horseradish Salmon

This salmon with a dill and horseradish crust is delicious and so easy to fix. It’s from Good Housekeeping’s recipe collections. My spin, add grape or cherry tomatoes to the cucumber and spinich mixture to add a little color. This plates beautifully in a pasta bowl.
