Garlic Cheese Grits

A holiday tradition….Garlic Cheese Grits!

  • 1 cup quick grits
  • 1 roll of garlic cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Cook grits 2 minutes in 4 cups of boiling salted water. Remove from heat and add cheese, margarine and beaten eggs. Pour into greased casserole. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with grated cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
