Source: Libby Dessert Shot Glasses insert
1 cup raspberry preserves or cherry pie filling
4 oz semi sweet chocolate pieces
2 Tbsps milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups whipped topping (I made my own cream friache – 3/4 cup whipping cream, 1/4 cup confectioners sugar, 1/4 cup sour cream, whip until soft peaks form)
In microwavable bowl, heat milk and chocolate pieces until melted. Add in cream cheese and blend. Gently fold in all but 1/2 cup of whipped topping. Carefully spoon chocolate mixture into the dessert shot glasses (I piped this into the glasses). Layer with raspberry mixture or pie filling. Refrigerate until chilled. Garnish with a dollop of whipped topping and shaved chocolate pieces.
