NYC Irish Soda Bread

We made our own soda bread for St. Patrick’s Day and it was so great. Try NYC Irish Soda Bread next St. Patty’s Day or any day in between. Delicious, moist, we added a few more raisens, just because. This soda bread is a great compliment to the NYC corned Beed and Cabbage recipe from the same site, Food.com. Per the recipes, these are authentic recipes from a great grandmother named, Delia O’Dowd and all the other NYC Irish Cathlics. Who knew this was created in the states! We assumed the leprechauns ate it too! Enjoy.
