Everyday with Rachel Ray’s November issue had numerous unique cheese ball recipes like “Greek to Me“! We tried it and loved it. Great blend of flavors with the feta, red onion, marinated artichoke hearts and rolled in fresh dill. She recommended to serve with pita chips. Was delightful. Enjoy.
Not being a fan of kale, I was hesitant to try this, but they are delicious. Light, delicate and full of rich flavor.
1 bunch of kale
Olive oil
Salt / Pepper
Chop kale into potato chip size chucks. Spread on parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, course sea salt and pepper. You are in for an incredible heart healthy treat! Enjoy.

Another fabulous recipe from a great food blog, Damn Delicious I just stumbled onto. If you are an alfredo fan, you should definitely give this one a try. Very easy to prepare. This Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo is fantastic. The sauce is a perfect creamy blend of the garlic and parmesan. We skipped the rotini pasta and served with spaghetti squash. Yum is all we can say.
