We love pimento cheese and are always on the quest for a new version. This one, “Five Cheese Pimento Cheese” did not disappoint. It has of course the 5 kinds of cheese, mild and sharp cheddar, pepper jack, parmesan, cream cheese all coming together for a delicious cheesy spread complimenting any cracker or stick of celery. It just takes minutes to put together and is a crowd pleaser! Bon appetite. Enjoy!
