A delicious recipe for Cod, Perfect Baked Cod from Delish, one of my favorite cooking sites to visit. A great combination of fresh garlic, grape tomatoes, fresh thyme and olive oil (we recommend Olive Press in Napa Valley – delicious) all thrown together, cod placed on top and away you go to a great entree! We served over cauliflower mash. Deliciousness from Delish! Enjoy!
