Delicious for the coconut lovers. Found this at Ralphs Grocery!
Crust:
3 cups sweetened flake coconut
5 Tablespoons butter
Combine butter and coconut. Press into bottom and 1 inch up the side of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes or until set. Cool.
Filling:
3 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
¾ cup canned coconut milk
1 tsp coconut extract
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
Beat together cream cheese, sugar and coconut extract, adding 1 egg at a time, beating thoroughly. Pour filling into crust. Bake 325, 50-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Run a knife around the rim of the pan to loosen cheesecake. Cool to room temperature on a wire rack, then refrigerate. Garnish with toasted coconut.
I found this Hearts of Palm Spread in Southern Living’s “30 Years of Our Best Recipes” – quick and delicious.
1 14.4 ounce can hearts of palm, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup sour cream
1 green onion, minced
Combine all ingredients, spoon mixture into a lightly greased 9 inch quiche or pie pan. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers.
Bridgford Monkey Bread Coffee Cake is a Christmas morning favorite with a great cup of joe!
1 package Bridgford Parkerhouse Rolls
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ chopped pecans
½ cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 oz package regular butterscotch pudding mix
2 tsp cinnamon
Grease a tube pan. Mix sugars, pudding mix and cinnamon. Set aside. Sprinkle ¼ cup of sugar mixture on the bottom of the tube pan. Sprinkle pecans over the sugars. Set aside. Dip each piece of dough in melted butter and roll in remaining sugar mixture. Place in tube pan evenly. Top with remaining butter and sugar mixture. Let dough rise until double in size. Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes or until well browned. Remove from oven and invert on a large serving dish. Best served warm.
We found this delicious and creamy Five Cheese Macaroni and Cheese in a mailer from Ralphs’ Grocery. Not sure who the chef is who created this masterpiece. It is incredibly delicious-definitely not your everyday mac and cheese! Enjoy.
2 lb package elbow macaroni
½ cup butter
8 medium eggs
1 cup milk
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
¾ cup parmesan cheese
¾ c up feta cheese, crumbled
1 T seasoned salt
1 tsp sales
1 tsp black pepper
Prepare macaroni according to package instructions, drain. Place cooked macaroni into a large bowl, add butter, and stir until blended / melted and set aside. In a spate bowl place eggs, milk, condensed milk; beat with a whisk until smooth. Pour mixture over macaroni and stir to coat. In another bowl combine cheeses, removing ¼ for topping. Add cheeses, salts and pepper to the macaroni mixture, folding together. Sprinkle a little of the reserved cheese mixture over the bottom of a 3 Qt casserole dish. Spoon macaroni mixture into dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 uncovered 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Wow, this is incredible 5 Layer Greek Dip. The hardest part is finding the pita chips! Bon Appetite.

These are delicious….
Slice brussel sprouts in 1/2, place on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees, 15-20 minutes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Great side dish. Enjoy.
