Crispy Breaded Shrimp With Cannellini Beans

This is another favorite from RealSimple.com. It’s quick, easy and very tasty. Fun dish, really different spin for the shrimp and the cannellini beans are superb.  We are not big arugula fans, so we substitute spinach. Delicious.
