Food and Wine never dissapoints! And they sure did not with this recipe – Creamy Polenta with Burst Cherry Tomato and Red Wine Ragout . The picture caught my tastebuds and so it was a must try. First the polenta prep is spectacular with the garlic, milk and thyme – turned out delicious. And then there is the ragout! Oh my, easy to prep and delicious. This would be great with some of those beautiful heirloom tomatoes, for taste as well as color – could not find these but the grape and cherry tomatoes cooked up great. We used a syrah red – turned out very well. Enjoy!
