This recipe from the Food Network caught my attention, Chicken with Apple, Onion and Cider Sauce and it is delicious! I doubled down on the apple, onion and sauce. Great combination of flavors, so easy to prepare. The red onion and apple combo just made this dish. Excellent entree! Enjoy!
