Taste of Home always offers great recipes and the Cheesy Tomato Pie certainly did not disappoint. This is one to try. Mix in some yellow and red tomatoes, big and small to add some dimension. We used a puff pastry and it worked beautifully! Brush the crust with some egg white for a beautiful finish. Enjoy!
