We tried another veal chop recipe this weekend!  Bon Appetit’s recipe for grilled lemon-parsley veal chops is so easy to prepare. We grilled in a grill pan stove top and they came out beautiful.  The lemon, parsley, rosemary and garlic marinade adds much flavor to the veal.  The topping – parsley, fresh lemon zest, rosemary and minced garlic makes it fabulous and bursting with flavor.
