Looking for a delicious pork recipe?  We found it!  Allrecipes offers an incredible pork entree.  It calls for pork loin, however, we subbed in bone-in pork chops and the story had a happy ending!  The most delicious and tender pork chops happened.  And the Marsala glazed mushrooms….amazing.  Enjoy.
