Roasted Broccoli with Roasted Lemon and Parmesan (Food and Wine)

Delicious roasted broccoli recipe from Food and Wine with roasted lemon wedges, infusing the flavor into the broccoli.  For the steam oven lovers, we used the “convection humid” setting for a perfect roast. Enjoy! Bon Appetite!
