Continuing my quest to find delicious shot glass desserts….just enough to satisfy the after dinner sweet tooth! We tried these Peanut Butter Pie Shooters and loved them. Made with oreo cookies, milks favorite cookie and mine too, a creamy peanut butter filling and a little sea salt to top it off. We found them on the “Pinch of Yum” web site – fun site and foods.
