Broiled Fish with Lemon Butter

4 Fish fillets (white fish of your choice)
1 lemon, sliced thin with juice reserved
1 T olive oil
2 T butter, melted
1-2 T lemon juice
Fresh thyme sprigs

Preheat broiler. Arrange lemon slices on a small roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil. Broil lemons, 8 inches from the heat until lightly browned. Mix together butter and lemon juice.

Scatter thyme sprigs on top of browned lemons. Lay fish fillets on lemons. Drizzle with butter and lemon juice mixture. Broil fish 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes or just until fish flakes easily. Enjoy.
