Zach brough a new magazine home – Cook’s Country and we found this Lemony Mediterranean Chicken and Rice – absolutely bursting with sumptuous flavors – savory chicken, freshness of the lemon zest, parsley and oregano. The marinade with the olive brine is interesting with amazing results, the chicken browned to perfection.
