A friend of mine, Paula, shared this recipe with me a few weeks ago. We have already enjoyed it several times. Delicious and so simple to make. Rich and flavorful, enjoy. This goes well with the creamed spinich.
4 Talapia Filets
Topping:
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1/4 c softened butter
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp fresh basil
1/2 lemon juice
Mix topping ingredients together. Salt and pepper talapia filets. Broil 2-3 minutes on each side. Spread topping on filets and broil until topping begins to brown.
