12 Tomatoes never disappoints. Their Cheesy Caprese Casserole is spectacular. A delicious blend of the traditional caprese salad in a fluffy quiche-like texture.  This is so easy to prepare and bakes up so beautifully.  Almost too pretty to cut into, but once you do you will be back for seconds.
