I have made these for decades and lost my original recipe and found this one to be close, just add 1/4 tsp of lemon juice for the real deal. Always soak the pecans for a day + so the bourbon is soaked into the nut pieces for a finer finish. Enjoy this sweet Kentucky delicacy! Goes great with a lovely dark roast coffee. A real treat. Enjoy!
