We LOVE popovers and we love cornbread – so what if there was a cornbread popover!  And we tried it!!  They popped up beautifully, heavier texture than a traditional popover, none the less so delicious. The trick to any popover prep is everything, eggs, milk, butter, buttermilk must be at room temperature.  Enjoy!
