Egg salad, one of our favorites.  We have been on the hunt for the best egg salad recipe and found this one from Tast of Home, Creamy Egg Salad, to be one of the best so far. Lots of great flavors – red pepper, pickle relish, green onion, cream cheese, parsley produce an excellent egg salad!  Enjoy.
