Smashed Brussels Sprouts

Fun spin on Brussels sprouts with the “Delish” blog’s version – Smashed Brussels Sprouts.  Blanch, smash and mix with minced garlic and fresh thyme, add some Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese, bake and you have a great side dish for just about anything. Enjoy!
