Creamy Tuscan Chicken

I found this delicious chicken recipe on the back of a Foster Farms chicken package. Delicious.

4 skinless chicken breasts
2 TBSP Olive Oil
Salt / Pepper to taste

Sauce:
½ cup white wine
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic minced
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup packed fresh baby spinach
1 cup rough chopped basil

Salt and pepper chicken to taste. Sauté on each side, 8 minutes, or until done. Remove from pan. Add wine to hot pan and let reduce by half. Add mushrooms and sauté 4-5 minutes. Add heavy cream, garlic and parmesan cheese, mix well and bring to simmer. Add spinach and basil and cook until spinach becomes tender. Place chicken back in the pan with sauce to re-heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

    My husband asked me to make this for dinner, he loves it. I found it once on the foster farms package as well but forgot to save the recipe. Thank you SO MUCH for posting.
