You will need….
12 oz Salmon
1/4 cup Apricot fruit spread
2 T dijon mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp snipped chived
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pat salmon filets dry on paper towels. Coat a shallow baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place salmon on prepared pan.
Combine apricot spread, mustard, garlic powder and ginger in a small bowl, spoon over salmon.
Bake 10-14 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Sprinkle with chives and enjoy!
