Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

When you can’t find risotto, this orzo with parmesan and basil is a delicious substitute!  The basil adds great flavor and color.  I added sliced green onions and sauté them as the orzo was browning. Delicious with scallops or sea bass. Enjoy.
