Kale Chips

Not being a fan of kale, I was hesitant to try this, but they are delicious. Light, delicate and full of rich flavor.

1 bunch of kale

Olive oil

Salt / Pepper

Chop kale into potato chip size chucks. Spread on parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, course sea salt and pepper.  You are in for an incredible heart healthy treat! Enjoy.
