This is one of Cooking Light’s “Half the calorie recipes”. Beef filets with red wine sauce and roasted veggie fries is the best recipe for roasted veggies i have ever tried…and the filet is pretty darn good as well! The roasted carrots are the best we have ever had! You will agree. Enjoy.
