We love Snow Peas and found a delicious new recipe, Mediterranean Snow Peas compliments of Allrecipes.com.  The recipe features a medley of Italian spices, lemon juice, minced fresh garlic, olive oil and we added sliced green onion – the results were delicious!  Bon Appetite!
